Christmas Returns Policy

Items purchased from www.darkncold.com between the 1st of December 2019 and the 24th of December 2019, can be returned up until the 15th of January 2020.

Subject to the following conditions:

- The item must be in a re-saleable condition with proof of purchase.
- The customer can return the item in the post and will receive a refund excluding shipping charges.
- The item can be returned or exchanged in person or by post until the 31st of January 2020.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If your purchase from Darkncold.com is unsuitable for any reason, you have up to 14 days from receipt of the goods to return them for a refund or exchange. All goods must be returned in new, unworn condition with all tags attached an in the original packaging.

We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. Darkncold.com will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

 All shipping back to Darkncold.com is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund your postal fees.

Incorrect/Damaged Goods

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your products ordered. Please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Darkncold.com immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within 72 hours. Any incorrect items received all delivery charges will be refunded back on to your credit/debit card.
